How long will it take to receive my decor? We want your living room transformation to begin as soon as possible! We offer three shipping options for our U.S. customers:

Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0.00 – Enjoy beautiful decor with no extra shipping cost on qualifying orders.
Do you provide tracking info? Yes! Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can watch your NoterLee pieces make their way home.
Product & Returns
What if an item arrives damaged? Decor pieces can be delicate. If your item arrives broken or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement immediately.
What is your return policy? We want you to love your home! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Care Instructions
How do I clean my decor items? Most of our decorative pieces can be maintained with a simple dry microfiber cloth. For specific materials like ceramic or wood, please check the product description for detailed care tips.
